Welcome to Topdeck at Snelling Beach. We’re so happy that you’re here.

AS sheep and cattle farmers lucky enough to call Kangaroo Island home, we WERE EAGER TO create a LUXURIOUS and spacious sanctuary FOR families and friends TO come together to relax, escape and explore all that makes THE Island so special.

There is something so MAGICAL about the Island’s north coAST - WITH ITS RUGGED COASTLINE, ABUNDANT WILDLIFE AND AWE-SINSPIRING LANDSCAPESAND WE ARE so excited to be able to share it with you.

We won’t be dropping in unannounced during your stay, but should you need anything or if there’s something we can do to make your time at tOPDECK more enjoyable, we’re just a phone call away.

Why Topdeck?

In 2018 a bushfire ripped through Middle River, blackening approximately 370 hectares OF LAND. With one half of our land charred and the other half spared by the flames, it was hard not to see its resemblance to a block of Cadbury Topdeck chocolate.

The nickname stuck with us throughout the build and became even more fitting once the house and deck was PERCHED PROUDLY on top of the hillside.
